Issue Summary:
List the steps taken to produce the error. For example:

1.      Open the file

2.      Change any efficiency aspect of the heating system (boiler efficiency, 
FPFC gross capacity)

3.      The overall heating result in the proposed model is unchanged (margin 
of 0.8 TDV/ft2)

Hello, I’m trying to get this prototype to get as close to 0.0 TDV/ft2 
compliance total as possible. Can you please help me identify the changes that 
need to be made to the heating system?
