Issue Summary:

Program does not allow inputting of glazing type:

Fixed Window, Operable Window, Storefront, Door, Curb Mounted Glass Skylight, 
Deck Mounted Glass Skylight or Plastic Skylight

This is needed to correctly select glazing parameters for the Standard building 
design fenestration.

We have those options available for specifying the proposed model fenestration 
constructions, by setting the Cert Method to “DefaultPerformance.”  These 
are only used to determine the appropriate assembly u-value, SHGC and visible 
transmittance for the proposed model.  The Standard Design model fenestration 
construction is independent of the proposed design for new buildings.
