This crash is caused by the PTAC system 'FC-1' not having a child CoilHeating
object defined. If the system has no heating capacity, add a 'dummy' coil of
Type = Resistance with a capacity of 1 Btu/hr.

A CHECK rule has been added to mitigate this issue; committed @ r2951.

The problem with your model is due to the lack of a heating coil in your FC-1
fan coil unit. I added an electric resistance heating coil with capacity of
300 Btuh, and the model ran through to completion.

The just released v3b Beta has added rules to check for this problem.
