I would like to know if a ground-source heat pump system can be modeled in 
CBECC COM v3?

If not, is there an estimated time frame for when this feature might be 
incorporated into the software?

I’m sorry, but CBECC-Com does not currently support ground-source heat pumps. 
 Features to be added to future releases of CBECC-Com are currently under 
discussion with the CEC, so I can’t say whether GSHPs will be added in 
version 4, currently planned for release in late spring or early summer.
