Title 24 Nonres ACM - Fan Motor Efficiency #913

Table 29 in the Nonresidential Alternative Calculation Method manual shows the 
minimum nominal efficiency for electric motors. I was wondering where in the 
Standards this table was drawn from? The most relevant section I could find is 
140.4(c).

140.4(c) has requirements only for fractional hp motors. The requirements come 
from NEMA Standard MG1-2007.  There is no explicit requirement in Title 24 Part 
6 for motor efficiency of motors 1 hp and greater.
