Issue Summary:
I am trying to model an UFAD VAV system but CBECC-COM can only assign a portion 
of the lighting load to the return plenum and it can’t do that for the people 
and equipment load. Is there a workaround to model a UFAD system using 
CBECC-COM or do I have to do an exceptional calculation using energyplus?
