CBECC-Com Issue - Installation #917

Issue Summary:
List the steps taken to produce the error. For example:
      1. step 1 - installed both SketchUp & OpenStudio
      2. step 2 - Going through CBECC's tutorial it appears the OS is supposed to be incorporated into StechUp.
      3. step 3 - opened SketchUp and OpenStudio menu is not present.

Are the integrated now since the tutorial is a version behind?  If yes, how is 
the integration to occur?

In order for the Open Studio menus to appear on your Sketchup ensure that you 
are following these steps:

1.Install OpenStudio plugin after installing Sketchup.
2.In Sketchup Toolbar go to Window and click Preferences.
3.A System Preferences window will appear on the screen. Select Extensions from 
the list on the left and make sure that there is a tick mark against OpenStudio
4.In Sketchup Toolbar, go to Views then Toolbars and select OpenStudio Tools 
and OpenStudio Rendering Toolbars
