Wrong minimum values in some space function areas #919

1.  Hotel Motel Function Area shows 67 occ/1000SF but NonRes Compliance Manual 
Table 4-14 shows it to be 143 occ/1000 SF.
2.  Hotel Motel Function Area shows ventilation at 0.50 CFM/SF but Table 4-14 
shows it to be 1.07 CFM/SF.
3.  Bar, Cocktail Lounge shows ventilation at 0.20 CFM/SF but Table 4-14 shows 
it to be 0.50 CFM/SF.
4.  Retail, Wholesale shows ventilation at 0.20 CFM/SF but Table 4-14 shows it 
to be 0.25 CFM/SF
