CBECC-Com Issue - Output Forms #921

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

Version = 2013_3_653

Category = Output Forms

We are using IES with CBECC-Com V3 for running compliance simulations.
Currently, we are modeling a project with WSHP modeled as zone systems. When
we produce the certificate for the project, we see the number of zone systems
as 29 but in section L-1 under the summary the field is noted as
not-applicable. Please see attached output form. Could you please let us know
if this is a modeling issue or if the specific version of CBECC-Com does not
report zonal systems.

There was a reporting bug due to which Zone Systems were not getting populated
in PRF01 reports. This issue has been fixed in the upcoming version of
CBECC-Com due to be released in a couple of weeks. We are also looking into
correcting this reporting bug in older versions of CBECC-Com, though there is
no definitive date on when that may be implemented.

In the meantime, we suggest you supplement the Compliance reports with
additional information reported by in the ap- HVACSecondary.csv file. This is
one of the several .csv files generated by CBECC-Com at simulation. All
information regarding Proposed model dry HVAC systems are available in the
ap-HVAC Secondary.csv file. Please ensure that the IES implementation of CBECC
includes generation of this file. Then submit the compliance form you have
presently generated and the supplementary information and explain the situation
to the plan checker
