CBECC-Com Issue - Output Forms #927

Issue Summary:

      1. step 1 – Cannot generate T24 compliance  report. See the attached error message. I have attached the energy modeling file as well. The run time for the energy model is pretty long as well. I have attached both the zip folder including the analysis results and the energy model separately.

Please let me know how can this be fixed. I need this report for building 
permit as soon as possible.

The issue was a very large AnalysisResults.xml file.  Compliance form was 
generated and sent to user.
