1.I cannot generate a T24 Compliance report for the attached project. Received 
the attached error.

Does your network use a proxy server that must be negotiated to reach the 
internet?
If so, have you specified the pertinent proxy server settings, as described in 
the Compliance Reporting FAQ webpage:  
http://bees.archenergy.com/faq_reporting.html
