What if I want to do the prescriptive method? Where do I find the forms or is 
it part of the program?

CBECC-Com is available for free for Nonresidential Performance Compliance 
Approach. However it cannot be used for prescriptive compliance and will not 
generate any prescriptive forms. Prescriptive forms can be found on the 
California Energy Commission Website (see link below – Appendix A).
