Hello- can you let me know roughly when you expect v3b to be out of beta? Very 
important for our planning of a permit submittal.

The CEC has decided to hold off on releasing the certified v3b until late in 
March.  This decision was made to allow inclusion of some additional features 
that the Commission would like to be available as early as possible.
