The program crashes when I get to 87% completion with the error message shown
below.

The issue was that the PTAC in the model had a cfm/ton that was “out of
range” as per EnergyPlus calculations. The following are the details of the
error from the log file:
1: Sizing: Coil:Cooling:DX:SingleSpeed "COILCOOLING 1": Rated air volume flow
rate per watt of rated total cooling capacity is out of range.
Min Rated Vol Flow Per Watt=[4.027E-005], Rated Vol Flow Per Watt=[3.001E-005],
Max Rated Vol Flow Per Watt=[6.041E-005]. See Input Output Reference Manual for
valid range.

2: For object = Coil:Cooling:DX:SingleSpeed, name = "COILCOOLING 1"
Calculated outlet air relative humidity greater than 1. The combination of
rated air volume flow rate, total cooling capacity and sensible heat ratio
yields coil exiting
air conditions above the saturation curve. Possible fixes are to reduce the
rated total cooling
capacity, increase the rated air volume flow rate, or reduce the rated sensible
heat ratio for this coil.

As indicated in the error description, I was able to run the model successfully
by increasing the Fan cfm from 700 to 960 cfm. Alternatively, reducing the
cooling capacity would also address this issue.

See attached file with the adjusted fan capacity.
