Hi,

We are wondering if anything can be done to help this customer. She has issues 
with unmet load hours in the standard model which are fixed in V3b CBECC but 
obviously this isn’t approved yet. She also gets additional errors when 
running it through CBECC V3b that weren’t there in V3.
