Hello,

I've built a CBECC-Com model and my results say PASS, but I am unable to 
connect to the reports generator website. I looked at the proxy server inputs, 
but my IT guy confirmed to leave proxy settings in CBECC-Coms's options blank.

We are submitting our permit set tomorrow. Can you help us determine if this 
server issue exists on the CEC side, or ours?
