Compliance form not able to generate (cidb file attached) #967

I have completed this model and the model showed compliance, but the report 
just wouldn't generate. I have tried using the proxy and other methods, none of 
which worked. We are hitting a really tight deadline. Can you please take a 
look at this model and give us some instructions on how to get the report to 
generate?
