Keep on detecting changes at each restart #103

Each time I start eclipse, mechanic detects something must be fixed. Each time 
I fix it, by choosing "Fix now".
After fixing it, if I choose to do a rescan, it doesn't detect any changes.
If I then restart eclipse, the changes is detected again and again

Please find as an attachment the configuration file I use.
I use several other configuration files I don't have any problems with.

My guess is "/default/org.eclipse.jdt.ui/preferences_build_requested=1" is the 
problem. Please use the mailing list for this sort of thing (Marking as Not An 
Issue, please use the mailing list to follow up.)
