Can I import a static catalog? #80

I have made a catalog using PySTAC. Can I make it stream in QGIS using the STAC Browser?

These are the .json files living in the local machine. I have 2 sets of 'hrefs', one pointing the image to S3. The other is having an absolute path in the local machine.
