Implement styleguide in a coherent stylesheet #71

Implement Martin's styleguide as a stylesheet for the system:

add open sans font
integrate logo in top bar
define color schemes as defined in the styleguide.

Basically set up templates so that all other pages/views has the same basic appearance.
