Get OpenCover to work

Tried getting opencover to work similar to https://github.com/kbilsted/StatePrinter/blob/master/appveyor.yml but with no luck.

Notice that testing locally using powershell you must escape the arguments as shown in https://github.com/kbilsted/AutoHasher/blob/master/deployCoverage.ps1

so fix

A new version has just been pulled in with commit dc109ef536292b57dbbcbc95235f5624cffe699e but I haven't tried if it solves anything
