Can't install #2

Can't install withing both AdobeExchange and ZXPInstaller. With AdobeExchange it just don't appear in Photoshop. When try ZXPInstaller have an error "Installation failed because it the ZXPInstaller could not check the license online."

Adobe Photoshop Version: 20.0.4
