Similar to #19 and #83 , there is no way to limit filtering to locations of participants in the current system and for the filter to include multiple locations. It would be better to constrict the locations the user can select from to data already in the system.
This would be useful to any study creators who are aiming for participants in multiple locations.
Note: This will interact with #34 and may act as a dependency.
@softeng-701 I would recommend a classification of small to put it inline with ticket #19 which is a similar issue.
