Remove login options from registration page #63

Currently on the registration page there is a side bar that has the Google/Facebook/Twitter logins. This seems to be a weird user experience and I am suggesting these be removed from the page.

This relates to issue #61 where the logins were removed once the user has registered. I am proposing to remove them from the page even before the user has registered. This issue would be very small as it is a simple deletion.
