Colour misassociation between copy and send invitation buttons #99

Issue

Issue after adding in send invitation button from issue #8 On the main studies page, the send invitation and copy buttons are the same colour. Copy and Send Invitation do not have a similar meaning and thus it is confusing for the user to have them associated with the same colour.

Recreate

Merge the changes from Pull Request for issue #8, and navigate to the main studies page. Here you can see the colour misassociation between the copy and send buttons

Issue Difficulty

This will be a very small issue
