Profile interaction for GitHub users #24

It would be useful to be able to get in touch with GitHub users via VisualGit. Each of the nodes on the graph represents the user who committed the changes. It would be useful to be able to click on those nodes and be able to send an email to those users with public emails and have a link to their GitHub page.

@softeng-701 This one appears to be more tricky than I thought. I have a box with the committers name and email working, but github usernames from the committer email requires some workarounds. There are node packages for it https://www.npmjs.com/package/github-username but I am unsure if we are allowed to add new packages to the project. What is the situation there?
