[ISSUE-21] Remove black dots #110

Removed the black dots on the sign out button and the push and pull buttons.

I have added both to the css file and the sass file. I've noticed from other's commits that other people have added to the raw styles.css file whilst the sass file remains out of synch. It is not within scope of this issue for me to fix the compiling of the sass file incl parity with the current styles.css. However, I have added to the scss file as well so that if it does get compiled, the black dot removal styling will still be present.
