[Issue #20] Add file explorer to opening and saving repositories #130

Closes #20 Added browse buttons to provide file explorer functionality for opening and saving repos. Now able to select a folder/directory for both. Had to change some logic surrounding the local and full local paths as well in order to implement this issue.

@softeng-701 We merged our feature branch into our master and so Kelly told us not to squash our commits because of this.
