[Bug report] Colour theme selector does not work on add repo screen #131

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login to VisualGit
  2. Open the add repository screen by clicking the icon as shown below: image
  3. Click the colour theme selector in the nav-bar. image

You will notice that the button appears as if it is being clicked and the mouse hover changes, however the drop down list to select the theme does not appear. This is a very small issue.
