[Issue #105] Cloning a repo through double click

On the drop-down, you can now clone a repository by double-clicking rather than selecting the repo and then clicking the button. This is in regards to issue #105.

Changes I made to the code included adding an optional extra parameter on the displayBranch() method - this won't affect existing method calls.
