Branch drop-down list is cut off #159

When there is already a repository open and the user goes to the Add Repository screen, the drop-down list to select a branch gets cut off. The first image shows the drop-down list working normally on the screen for the open repository and the second shows it being cut off in the Add Repository screen. I think that this is a very small issue because it will just involve fixing the css to make sure that the drop-down list always appears on top of other elements.

@andystewart12 Its not clear to me that this is incorrect. If the add repo screen is open shouldn't that be resolved first? Either closed or a new repo cloned
