Related to issue #91

It is best practice to remove compiled files from the repo.

I've made a communication in the visual git 2 channels and if anyone has commited changes to the javascript and not the typescript (which they shouldn't have) they will come and comment on this issue. This will make it easy to find discrepancies between the two files if they exist.
