GUI freezes on quick selection of push/pull

After opening a repository in VisualGit, if the push/pull buttons are pressed quickly one after the other, the GUI will 'freeze' where you cannot interact with anything but can still select/highlight some text:

Clicking push and pull does nothing, but when double clicking, pull in the log footer is highlighted.

On rarer occasions, the modal overlay will appear over everything (without a modal).

Steps to recreate

• Open an up to date local repository
• Quickly click pull and/or close one after the other (order does not seem to matter)

Cause is unclear and there is nothing noteworthy being logged in console outside of normal errors. This may be related to #26.

I can reproduce this on macOS, although it was more difficult to reproduce that in the GIF, after spam clicking on both and accepting the modal windows I experienced this issue.

Unsure if this has now been fixed, but I am not currently getting this error when I spam those two buttons. Windows 10.
