Typo for collapsing sign in panel function #143

The function to collapse the sign-in panel after the user has signed in has been spelt "collpaseSignPanel" instead of "collapseSignPanel".
This is not a feature or a bug, as it does not effect any of the functionality of the code, its just an annoying typo that has been put in more than one place. The typo can be found in the files header.component.ts and router.ts and should be changed to help with readability/understandability of the code.
