Text field cut off when entering a branch #145

Description

When VisualGit is run on small window sizes the top bar becomes a collapsable menu. The text field for entering a branch is too long and cut off on both sides.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to main screen.
  2. Adjust window size until the top bar becomes the collapsable menu.
  3. Click menu button at top right corner of screen.
  4. Click 'branch' to expand.

Approved, on widows its slightly less cut off, but that may just be my screen resolution
