[WIKI] Document how to create background processes in electron #209

Description I am about to create a PR adding the infrastructure for creating background processes in electron and think this is something that would be nice to include in the wiki, so that when (if) future devs eventually get around to implementing things as background processes they have a good idea of how to start.

Additional context I was going to implement a background process for graph initialization but realised too much refactoring was required to feasibly complete this before the due date. But I am going to leave the template for future work so people can get started quicker than I did.
