[DOC] Link to contribution wiki page on readme #219

Description Currently the wiki says we are willing to accept contributions but doesnt give any more information. It would be helpful to link to the contribution guidelines in the wiki or something similar.

Acceptance criteria The readme gives a better description / indication on how to contribute to Visual Git.
