Approved, I think the wiki page should explain how to get the project set up in different IDEs. For example, a VScode section might include the necessary extensions, and a Webstorm section could explain how to get the run command setup.

I've added instructions to setup different IDEs here. Feel free to add more instructions for any other IDEs you're using.

Updating this to small since I had to install each IDE and verify the instructions.
Description In the Developer Guide section of the Wiki, under Setting Up Development Environment, the IDE page needs to filled in with useful information for future developers to refer to.
Or alternatively, this page needs to be removed if no longer deemed necessary.
