[ISSUE] Very minor typos in readme

Description In the README there are just a few very very minor typos that will only take a minute to fix.

1. As shown in the image below, Angular2 should be made a heading.

2. Visualgit should be changed to VisualGit to be consistent with the rest of the file.

3. In Installation - Mac change Node.j to Node.js

Acceptance criteria

• Make Angular2 a heading (like TypeScript above it)
• Correct Visualgit to VisualGit
• Correct Node.j to Node.js

Additional context

• While these are extremely small typos in the README - to fix them an issue has to be made.
