Fixes three very minor typos in the readme - changed Angular2 in the Development section to a heading, changed Visualgit to VisualGit and Node.j to Node.js

Go to Installation - Mac and check it now says Node.js not Node.j
Go to the Development section and check Angular2 is a heading
Go to the Help Section - check it now says VisualGit not Visualgit
