Description:

Just added some styling to make sure the collapsible drop down menu is visible for all colour schemes.

Testing:

Steps for manual testing:

Log into visual git
Shrink screen size so that collapsible drop down icon appears in header
Test that it is present for all colour schemes

(You can look at #220 for screenshots)

Newly added unit tests:

N/A. No testbed.
