Bug/195 raha837 switching repos remove files from list #266

Description:

When switching repos, files from the old repo are now cleared from the file list.

Testing:

Steps for manual testing:

Open a local repo
If there are no uncommitted changes, make some changes 2.5. Observe changes on left hand side of graph screen
Open another repo (Via "recent", "create new repo" or "open local")
All changes from the previous repo should now be cleared from the list on the left hand side
