As per the description in the related issue, modified the placeholder text of the file picker to say "Repository destination" which more accurately describes what this selected location is. Also I swapped the Init Repo button to be below the project type selector, to be consistent with the cloning UI
Steps for manual testing:
Go to the home page, and select the "Create new repo" tab.
Verify that the UI is as described above, and that the functionality still works as expected.
