[BUG] Selecting repository list overflows past the bottom of the window #290

Describe the bug When you click the "repository" button in the breadcrumbs at the top left corner to clone a repo you have to scroll down the whole list of forked repos to select the clone button. It would be a lot more usable if the scrolling was done internally in the list, i.e. the clone button was always accessible without scrolling.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the main screen
  2. Click on 'repository' in the top left corner
  3. You cannot select 'clone' without scrolling through the full list of repositories

Expected behavior / Acceptance criteria The scrolling should be internal in the list, i.e. the clone button is "sticky" so can be seen at all times no matter how far down you are in the list.
