[WIKI] Update Troubleshooting Wiki #313

Description We should update the troubleshooting wiki page to include all of the issues that we had in getting the project to work. For example python version, windows build tools, spaces in path etc.

Changes look good and helpful, I had problems with python 2 and the steps defined helped me fix them.
