Description:

Added a link in the README to the wiki page about project work flow so that people know where to go, to find out how they can contribute and what guidelines to follow.

Testing:

No testing required - this is just a small documentation change.

@SamuelZheng11 Yea thats probably a good thing to do, either make an issue to fill it in or delete the page from the wiki. Either way, you can approve and merge this in if you're happy with it :)
