[FEATURE] Add documentation to the "Typical Workflow" section on the wiki page

Description Currently, the "Typical Workflow" section of the Wiki page is blank, We should consider adding something simple there like a text flow (ie "Issue created > Issue approved") https://github.com/kblincoe/VisualGit_SE701_2019_1/wiki/Work-Flow
