Need a more dynamic indicator to the user that a graph is loading #227

Currently, the only indication to the user that a graph is loading is a popup that says Drawing graph, please wait. If loading a very large graph, this may take a long time and to the user, even with the popup, it may feel as nothing is happening. Therefore there should be a more dynamic loading screen such as a spinner for example.

Some research into this has been done under issue #57 The completion of this issue may be dependent on issue #194

Approved but changing issue size to small, this requires some css similar to this so it shouldn't be too difficult.
