175 GitHub wiki #345

This is a feature for #175.

How to test:

Clone or open a repo with a wiki.
Click on the wiki button at the top of the screen.
Check the wiki is displayed properly.
Check wiki can be opened on GitHub through "Open Wiki on Github" button.

Both @pqua613 and I worked on this issue. @sirmaestro primarily worked on styling and design while @pqua613 worked on data extraction for the wiki. However, @sirmaestro also assisted @pqua613 for data extraction methods as well.

This has been fixed. You cannot click wiki button without opening a repo now

This happens when there is a .settings folder in the VisualGit repository. A function goes through all text and changes it to white when on default theme. Removing the .settings folder will fix the white text.

Proper links to repo wikis has also been fixed.
