Currently, opening a local repository without signing in doesn't display graphs.

NotSignedInClicked

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start VisualGit.
  2. Select continue without signing in.
  3. Open a local repository by specifying the path on "Location of existing repository" text field.

Expected behavior: SignedInClicked The graph should be shown just like when the repository is opened after signing in.

Other issue fix also fixed this
